  • Reading: Comic books mostly this days...
  • Watching: Red vs Blue when I remember to put it on
  • Playing: Prince of Persia, Brawl, Tatsunoko vs Capcom
  • Eating: in ze foodz libraries
  • Drinking: Icees. Honest.
So I heard artists are good at keeping journals, and apparently I don't so I figure I'd get me one. Like, an ACTUAL one.
I'll hopefully just write meaningful stuff tough, none of that "Dear Diary, I hate my life because I didn't get to go to watch my favorite band".

SO! New year, new resolutions!
I never actually set a new year's resolution because I thought it was silly, but I figured I would this time. Imma stop spending on unnecessary stuff (booze IS necessary)and save me some money throughout the year. So I can go to JAPAN.
I swear, every five minutes I hear from someone who's all "Aw man I've totally gone to japan is so awesome and everybody likes you there and the food is great and SHUT THE HELL UP! I'm going to Japan myself if it's the last thing I do! I wanna be cool too! D=

Oh yeah. I bought Tatsunoko vs Capcom, It doesn't QUITE feel like Marvel vs Capcom 3 (expectations are high!) BUT its by no means a bad game. In fact, it's awesome.
And Sonic Unleashed SUCKED yo. I rented it and I STILL want my money back.

Anyway, yeah I get the I been to Japan thing. I really want to. Mostly for Comiket and going to clubs.

The only expensive thing about Japan is really the plane ticket. If you can afford that, and a rail pass, everything else is manageable. >:D GOOD LUCK with your aspirations!!

"Everybody likes you" is sort of hit or miss. Don't expect people to be like "WOAH A GAIJIN, SUGOI" and shit, but they're generally polite and friendly. I got ignored for the most part, so I guess that's better than getting chased by the black vans.

Well that's because Japanese think Americans are blond and blue-eyed of course. Redheaded people is this mythic creatures they've probably just heard of in legends and as such they probably thought you were a ghost or an apparition. And they didn't want to talk to a ghost dash apparition. People will think they are curaaaaayzee.

You can navigate the trains with no Japanese, don't sweat it. And the stores have a display for the total...and everyone will pretty much wanna speak English to you anyway. XD
